We had a lovely stay at Heywood House with our kids. The room was spacious and well-stocked with snacks, which kept the little ones happy. The location was perfect for exploring Liverpool's attractions, although the noise outside may be an issue at night. a great family-friendly hotel!

Comfy beds made for good sleep.
We stayed here for 1 night and it was unbearable. The noise from the nightclub below was so loud that it shook our bed, making sleep impossible. Despite paying a premium for a 'superior' room, we got nothing of the sort and were left utterly disappointed. We won’t be returning to this hotel after this visit.

central hub near exciting attractions and cozy spots
I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and I loved how close it was to the lively Cavern Club, just a short stroll away, and the fantastic restaurants and bars nearby really added to the whole experience. I felt well taken care of by the friendly staff who helped us with our bags after checkout too.

missingWrote a review on 14 Augmodern technologycultural attractionscomfortable bedsnoisy elevator
The location offers prime access to nearby cultural attractions, like the Cavern Club and a selection of vibrant bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. Rooms come equipped with modern technology and have large, comfortable beds, providing a solid base for exploring the city.
The lobby presents a somewhat stale appearance, needing a bit of a facelift with outdated, faded furniture like the purple leather chairs. The elevator is cramped, making it less than ideal for a busy hotel, and it's worth noting that the entrance's proximity to a loud pub may disturb those seeking a more tranquil experience. Rooms showed their own quirks, such as low shower heads that left someone over six feet tall bending awkwardly to wash, and an air conditioning system that chimed in noisily at inappropriate times. The lack of a restaurant on-site restricts in-house dining options, which could be a dealbreaker if you're looking to have meals easily accessible without venturing out.

perfect spot for exploring landmarks and vibrant park views
The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel's immediate proximity to the stunning Royal Albert Dock and the lively Liverpool ONE shopping area made my city strolls so enjoyable. I really felt at home while taking in the beautiful sights around me despite some minor issues with check-in process, but overall, my experience was quite pleasant because there were good tea/coffee making facilities to help fuel my adventures around the city.

Had a blast with my friends! We checked out the Mathew Street Festival and took a tour of Anfield, both were awesome. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, and the hotel is in a great spot. Just remember, housekeeping isn’t daily, so check your supplies if you need more tea or coffee.
The only downside was the loud water pipes in the heating system that interrupted our sleep at times.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the comfy beds and the lovely bath. There were great relaxation options like a nicely decorated lounge to unwind and a serene courtyard to chill out. Just a small thing, the shower head was a bit low for my height, but it didn't really impact my time here. 😊
