We stayed here for 1 night and it was unbearable. The noise from the nightclub below was so loud that it shook our bed, making sleep impossible. Despite paying a premium for a 'superior' room, we got nothing of the sort and were left utterly disappointed. We won’t be returning to this hotel after this visit.

Rooms showed their own quirks, such as low shower heads that left someone over six feet tall bending awkwardly to wash, and an air conditioning system that chimed in noisily at inappropriate times. The lack of a restaurant on-site restricts in-house dining options, which could be a dealbreaker if you're looking to have meals easily accessible without venturing out.

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel's immediate proximity to the stunning Royal Albert Dock and the lively Liverpool ONE shopping area made my city strolls so enjoyable. I really felt at home while taking in the beautiful sights around me despite some minor issues with check-in process, but overall, my experience was quite pleasant because there were good tea/coffee making facilities to help fuel my adventures around the city.
